Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FarmBot account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully de-install any electronic components and pack all items, including sensors and cables, into their original protective anti-static packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned electronics, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
